Delete my account

FitTrack Coach · AladdinApps

You can have your FitTrack Coach account and all data associated with it permanently deleted at any time.

To request deletion, send an email to coach@aladdinapps.app from the email address you registered with, with the subject "Delete my FitTrack account".

We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days, and confirm by reply once done.

What gets deleted

Your account (email, name, password hash) and profile.
All logs: food and meals, weigh-ins, body measurements, workouts, habits, and diet-program history.
Your subscription/entitlement records. Active subscriptions are cancelled; our payment provider (Paddle) may retain minimal transaction records where required by tax and accounting law.

What is kept

Nothing else. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone; if you return later you will need to create a new account and start fresh.
